Subscription Period: Access to certain parts of our Service requires a paid Subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. The specific terms, including the fees and subscription levels, depend on the plan selected during the purchase.

Billing and Invoicing for Continuous Subscription Services: Subscription fees are collected according to the plan chosen by the customer (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually). According to tax law, our subscription is classified as a continuous service. Therefore, invoices are issued in the following manner:

  1. A single consolidated invoice will be issued for all subscription periods at the end of the subscription, upon cancellation.
  2. If the subscription is continued, a consolidated invoice will be issued at the end of the calendar year for all subscription periods within the current year.

Upon customer request, an invoice can also be issued at other times.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by you or the Company. If your initial Subscription was purchased at a promotional or discounted rate, subsequent renewals will be charged at the standard rate applicable to your Subscription Plan at the time of renewal. This information is provided during the initial purchase and in subsequent renewal notifications.

If you choose to cancel the Subscription before the next renewal date, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and access to the Service will be revoked.

Use During Subscription: Purchasing a Subscription entitles you to access and use the materials only while your Subscription is active. Upon cancellation, access to all materials included in the Subscription Plan will be immediately revoked. The specific lesson topics and materials included in each Subscription Plan may change over time. While we strive to maintain a consistent level of quality and coverage, we reserve the right to update, replace, or remove lessons as part of ongoing improvements to the Service. The availability of lessons and features may also vary depending on the currently available Subscription Plans or any future modifications to the structure of our offerings. Users acknowledge that access to materials depends on the current contents of the active Subscription Plan at any given time, and not on the state of the plan at the moment of purchase.

Download Limits: Users with a Free subscription plan are limited to a maximum of 5 file downloads within any 30-day period. This limit resets automatically every 30 days from the date of the first download. Users with an Unlimited subscription plan are granted unrestricted access to file downloads, subject to our fair use policy. We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action in cases of abuse, such as excessive automated downloading or sharing of files outside personal or classroom use.

Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but the cancellation will take effect immediately upon confirmation by the user. Once the subscription is canceled, access to the Service, including all paid materials, will be terminated immediately. Fees already paid for the current Subscription period are non-refundable.

Billing Information: Accurate and complete billing information must be provided, including full name, address, state, zip code, and a valid payment method.

Fee Changes: We may modify the Subscription fees at our discretion. Any changes to the Subscription fees will be effective at the end of the current Subscription period. We will provide reasonable prior notice of these changes to allow you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect.

Refunds: Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes cases where the Subscription is canceled before the end of the billing period. Refunds will only be issued when required by applicable law.
